You are CORRECT!!! ... an edible arrangement, a cake, providing your credit card for an office to enjoy a meal, bringing your own wine, and paying for your customer’s spouse’s meal (just because she is a physician) are all unacceptable. These items have value and are “gifts” in violation of LivaNova company policies and the AdvaMed Code of Conduct.
